Rogerscasey will prosecute any unauthorized use or access to the fullest extent possible, including by seeking civil or criminal penalties.
While Rogerscasey believes that EQuest® is a reliable vehicle for entering data into its database, ROGERSCASEY DOES NOT GUARANTEE, AND ROGERSCASEY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO, THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION THAT IS CONTAINED IN ITS DATABASE OR THAT IS TRANSFERRED FROM THAT DATABASE TO THIRD PARTIES.
Rogerscasey will use reasonable efforts to ensure that data you supply is entered into its database accurately. HOWEVER, ROGERSCASEY DOES NOT GUARANTEE, AND ROGERSCASEY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO, THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION THAT IS CONTAINED IN ITS DATABASE OR THAT IS TRANSFERRED FROM THAT DATABASE TO THIRD PARTIES.
By accessing or using the EQuest® application, you agree that Rogerscasey and/or its affiliates ("RC") and RC’s clients shall have unrestricted use of any and all data, responses and any other information you supply (collectively, the "Data"). Such unrestricted use includes, but is not limited to, (1) using Data in RC's client and research databases, (2) distributing Data to third parties in and in connection with RC's and/or its clients’ products and services and (3) distributing Data in print and Internet-based publications and/or magnetic media.
